together health®, Vitamin K2 30 Capsules

€7,95 €13

One of the best sources of K2 is found in an ancient Japanese food called nattō. Nattō is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans that have been fermented with a bacteria called Bacillus subtilis natto. It’s this strain of bacteria that is essential to the Vitamin K2.

Together Vitamins have used this ancient recipe as inspiration but fermented chickpeas instead of soybeans to avoid any potential GMO foods in the product or allergens. Highly biologically active form

Another significant difference between K1 and K2 is how long the vitamins stay in the body or the ‘half-life’ of the vitamins. Vitamin K1 quickly disappears from circulation (half-life = 1–2 hours). However, this is also true for some forms of vitamin K2, namely MK-4.

By contrast, the form in this supplement, MK-7, has a very long half-life (in the range of 2–3 days).

  • Vitamin K2 from fermented chickpeas
  • Highly biologically active MK7 form
  • Natural plant source Plant source vitamin K2
