Myrrh oil is effective against excessive mucus in the lungs and helps to clear ailments such as colds, coughs, sore throats and bronchitis (use in a burner or vaporiser for this purpose).Myrrh can be used to relieve a toothache, gingivitis, and mouth ulcers. Myrrh oil is even used as a natural ingredient in mouthwashes and toothpaste.

Atlantic Aromatics Myrrh is not for internal use. If used on the skin dilute with a basic moisturiser, water or oil. Do not swallow.
