ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it, providing all items are in stock. Generally all orders received up till 12AM, will be processed the next day and will dispatch within 48 hours.

COVID 19 DELIVERY UPDATE:
Our team is working hard to get your order out as quickly and safely as possible but please bear with us as delivery times may take longer than usual, and may take at least 3-7 working days within Ireland and up to 15 working days for international deliveries.
All deliveries are sent priority services (International using FedEx Priority & Ireland using AuPost Next Business Day).
Shipment tracking and advice will be provided via Email & SMS once your order has dispatched so you can track your delivery.
We will keep your updated as we process your order and may contact you if a problem arises during this time.

Recipients of orders sent to destinations both within and outside the EEC are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We do update our inventories regularly during the day and this is reflected in our online store, however in the event that your order contains item(s) which are out of stock or cannot be shipped at the time of picking your order, we will automatically process your refund and send you a detailed notification within 48 hours of receiving your order via email.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All our orders are shipped with shipment tracking. Once you order has been picked up by the courier, we will send you an shipped confirmation email or SMS (if you opted in during checkout for this option) providing you with the tracking number and link to your shipment.
