Fennel essential oil is used for its soothing, cleansing and toning effects on the skin, while at the same time improving circulation and fighting water retention and puffiness.

Fennel oil can be used as a blended massage oil or diluted in the bath to ease a bloated stomach, excess wind, colic, constipation and other digestive problems. It also acts as a diuretic, to remove excess water and to start breaking down cellulite.A toning and stimulating oil with a sweet aniseed type of aroma which blends well with lavender.
