Clearspring Organic Hojicha Roasted Green Tea is grown in the hills around Kyoto, famous for having the ideal climatic and soil conditions to produce some of the best quality teas in Japan. The subtle smoky flavour comes from using selected mature leaves which are specially prepared by our expert tea producers. The leaves are gently roasted and directly packed to seal in the full flavour.
Directions & Dosage :
For the perfect brew, add 3 heaped tablespoons of tea per cup in a teapot. Add 1 litre of boiled water and steep for 2-3 minutes. For a stronger flavour, steep for 3-5 minutes.
