Weleda Organic Birch Juice 200ml is an organic health supplement solution, made from organic silver birch and blended with refreshing lemon juice. It has no added sugar or honey, and is recommended to help improve vitality over a 3 - 6 week course.

The bright, fresh leaves of birch in spring are full of dynamic essences being carried from the roots to the leaves. Weleda harvest young leaves from controlled wild collections and carefully process them to preserve natural flavonoids, saponins and tannins. Biodynamic lemon juice completes the treat. Fresh and tart-tasting, it’s ideal as part of a spring or autumn régime.

Directions & Dosage :

Shake well before use.

3 - 6 weeks treatment is recommended to cleanse the system.

Dilute a tablespoon in water or tea 2 - 3 times daily.

Alternatively dilute the same amount of juice (30 to 45ml) in a large bottle of mineral water to consume during the day.

Once the bottle has been opened, the product will keep for up to 1 month in a refrigerator.
